Some of the foods

Mamma Polenta cooks up delicious polenta cakes, bits and pizzas. Our menu is ever changing and growing, but we have some staples we are very proud of. Our BFG method, Baked • Fried • Grilled, distinguishes how each cake can be most enjoyed. The beauty of polenta, though, is you can enjoy it however you like. It's just how we dig eating 'em, but get weird. Same goes for our sauce pairings.

We are minimally processed, communally and beyond organic, non-GMO, upcycled, vegan and always cook in a no gluten facility. Our different recipes champion different causes, providing awareness and material resources to these groups through our partnerships.

This President is Nuts (and Fruit) an ACLU sponsoring morning cake. Raisins, cashews, coconut milk, apricots (to match the orange hair) and yellow corn.
